Sometimes it doesn't really make sense to quote them (numeric values for
example)
In that case, the value is parsed until the next space or the end of the
whole criteria expression

`workspace_next_name` parses workspace commands to find the default
workspace names. It handled " " as a separator, which prevents the use
of workspace names with spaces.

https://github.com/SirCmpwn/sway/issues/1350 is fixed with this.
The commit that change swaygrab to use fork instead of Popen tried to
write to the read end of the pipe in the child branch and exec in the
parent branch.
This commit fixes both of those and closes the write fd after writing,
so convert actually exits.
