pointer-constraints: refactoring

* Rename the constraint_create signal to new_constraint for
  consistency
* Move the constraint_destroy signal to the constraint itself
* Use rotate_child_position instead of duplicating logic
* Fix inert constraint resource handling
* Style fixes
